I seriously can not believe that we are this far along in the season already. The season is just flying by so fast. So far this season we have had most of our races in some pretty warm temperatures. So yesterdays 68/69 felt great. The athletes still got warm while running but they were not over heating. There were a lot of great times and a even a few more PR's Yesterday !!!!
Next week we look forward to some very specific training for the varsity and the upcoming regional meet and on Tuesday the JV will have a Last Chance PR meet.

David DeKruyter Well Done! Congratulations to the girls team for the win and conference champs (6 years in a row). Also, boys team ran well and were only 15 pts away from Hamilton. Take a day off or easy 3 miles. If time - go stand in Lake MI (seriously).
