This Spring, I have been Helping out with GOTR at Rose Park Elementary School, and it has been so much fun, to run play games, and hang out with the girls.

May 17 2012 Is the Girls on the Run Celebration 5K. If you would like to support all the girls that have worked so hard over these past few months to train for their 5k or if you want to join them in Running on the Beautiful GVSU Campus Visit The Girls on the Website or the link below to sign up.

Great Cause

Don't let the rain stop you from signing up for the Compassionate Heart Ministries "Hearts in Motion 5K Run/Walk" April 25th at 6:30 PM.  Register by April 14 to guarantee your race shirt. Participants that register after April 14th are not guaranteed a shirt.  Use the below link to register online:

Can’t Make It on April 25th? NEW this year: “Hearts in Motion SPIRIT RUN/WALK”!New this year is the “Hearts in Motion Spirit Run/Walk”! Runners/Walkers that are not able to join us on April 25th will have the option to participate on their own time via the Spirit Run/Walk. Participants will complete 3.1 miles on their own. They will have until noon on April 30 to notify Cheryl at Compassionate Heart by email (cheryl@compheart.org) or mail it in to Compassionate Heart Ministry, 100 Pine St, suite 150, Zeeland, MI 49464 that they have completed their run/walk. The email needs to include your name and address as well as your time or a photo of yourself with a sign showing “I support Compassionate Heart!”. That is the only proof we need that you completed the Spirit Run/Walk. If you register by April 14 you will receive a race shirt via mail.
